Reporting Condition of Item - We carefully inspect each item on our site and describe it as accurately as possible. If there is wear, damage or restoration we describe it. Please note the majority of the items for sale on our website are antique, vintage or second-hand and frequently they have been subject to wear and tear. As stated we describe any faults or damage in our written descriptions, we would also ask you to look carefully at the photographs provided. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the items prior to purchase and email additional photographs where appropriate.
Authentication - If we are unsure about an item we will tell you in the description.

Purchasing an Item

POSTAGE
I am happy to combine postage on multiple items.
UK - If the winner is in the proximity of Colyton, Devon the option to collect is open to you. The postage and packing charge that is displayed is for delivery by Royal Mail within the UK - by First Class Recorded Delivery unless otherwise stated.
This method provides insurance for loss of goods up to the value of £28. Please note that other methods (apart from Special Delivery) do not provide insurance - should you decide to use another cheaper method we are unable to accept any responsibility for loss or damage .
In the case of Parcelforce no compensation can be claimed for damage to fragile items. THIS APPLIES TO ITEMS SENT IN THE UK AND TO OTHER COUNTRIES.
OTHER COUNTRIES - I am happy to despatch the items won to purchasers outside the UK. We recommend the use of Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed for in order to be able to track the item and to be able to obtain a signatureupon receipt. Airsure/International Signed for provides insurance for goods up to the value of £30. Further insurance is available for goods up to £500 depending on destination at a further cost of £1.
I RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT ME FOR A QUOTE FOR POSTAGE & PACKING COSTS BEFORE BIDDING
I will only send to an address that has been confirmed by Ebay and or Paypal. However, if the use of Airsure appears excessive, with confirmation from the winner I will despatch the item to a confirmed Ebay or Paypal address via a cheaper option - Small Packet Airmail or Surface Mail. These provide insurance for goods up to the value of £28, however, we can give no guarantees as to the time of arrival and are unable to track the item. We will only be able to provide proof of posting.
The items that I generally sell are delicate and I wish the carriers would respect that, however some do not. It is for this reason that the items are protected to a greater degree than normal as we are trying to overcome the carriers lack of care.
Finally, please note:
I try to describe all items honestly and to the best of my ability. Should I have genuinely misrepresented an item please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I offer a full refund on safe return of goods that are in the same condition as when photographed prior to despatch.
I am not an expert in all fields and an item is bought from the auction site as seen. If you have any questions regarding a particular item please ask before bidding and allow 24 hours for a response.
Refunds Policy
We do not take responsibility for any personal, consequential or third party losses.
Any refund will be paid back by the same method as payment.
